Rules of Engagement
1. No Bullying
2. No abusive behaviour
3. Mining/Survey ships may not be attacked while mining, unless they are OPC.
4. Survey ships on a zero node, may be removed from the node after a 2-minute warning has been issued, and this time has expired. (Does not include territory)
5. No PvP in token systems or armada circles, including debuff skills such as the Mantis' 'Venomous Puncture' ability
6. Only Voyager are allowed to mine “Anomaly Sample” in Delta Quadrant, Non-Voyager ship may be killed if it is used for mining.
7. ROE 3-6 do not apply when officially engaged at war or inside a contested territory during a takeover.
